After grand successful performance of our conducted tours of UMRAH / HAJ -O- ZIARATH since 1987 we are once again please to announce the programme of our conducted tours for UMRA & HAJ -O- BAITULLA with BAITULLAH MUQADDAS ZIARATHS.

We are very much regret to inform our patrons that due to unavoidable circumstances we are forced to increased the rates for all kinds of tickets relating to our proposed tours. The main reasons fo this inevitable increase is :-

The downfall of Indian Rupees against major world currency in International monetary market and due to this reason US$ dollar is getting costly day by day,

Upward trend in rents in MAKKAH and MADINA in newly constructed buildings with modern facilities.

Huge increase in the prices of edibles in Saudi-Arabia The reason for this is said to be withdrawal of subsidies from these things by the Saudi Arabian government in their new year budget.

Increase in the prices of all those edibles and spices that are taken from India to Saudi Arabia for exclusive use of our pilgrims in duration of their pilgrimage

Increase in Visa Fee etc., keeping in view merely the existing AIRFARES and the foreign exchange rate and all those compulsory dues levied by the Saudi government for HAJ. In this case there is some upward revision of any kind in the the existing airfare, exchange rates & the compulsory dues before the actual commencement of the tours, all the pilgrims must pay to us the difference before their departure from India for the pilgrimage.

As stated above these essential dues have to be paid at Jeddah by each and every haji, although there is certainly no possibility of any increase in these compulsory haj dues yet and unforeseen might happen during the next 6 months. Allah unwilling if by chance & kind of increase in the above dues during the haj season. The resulting difference will have to be borne by the HAJI himself. Though such remote possibility is not in sight at all, even then it is deemed essential to make a mention of this, because Syedina Tours & Travels has been serving hajis very honestly and sincerely from 1988 and the name and frame it has earned by us should never be lost. It is therefore, not only our bounded business but also our moral and social responsibility and routine to keep our patrons inform about the realities and the circumstances.

The intending pilgrims will visit all the ziaraths and the following places as mentioned below in each city during the tour.

Tourist buses will take all the pilgrims to the nearest places of ziaraths and historical places. But those shrines and other places of tourist and historical importance which are situated on a hill top or in a desert area, pilgrims will reach those places by foot.

During the HAJ there is no provision of any type of conveyance for "RAMI-E-JAMARAT & QURBANI".Each Haji will go for Qurbani and for 'RAMI-E-JAMARAT' ( Shaitan Ko Kankri Marna ) on his/her foot during the stay at 'MINA'.

Syedina Tours & Travels, will not arrange for any conveyance for 'TAWAF-E-ZIARATH' from MINA to MAKKAH or vice versa and from MUZDALIFAH to MINA, Each goes to MAKKAH for 'TAWAF-E-ZIARATH' at his/her known experience & according to his free will and timings. ( Round the clock city buses are available to go to MAKKAH from MINA and back to MINA from MAKKAH at the rate of 10 to 20 Saudi Riyals per head.

Masjid-E-Nabavi, Hujra-E-Aisha where Prophet Hazrath Mohammed (S.A.V), Amir-Ul-Momineen Hazrat Abubacker Siddique (R.A), Amir-Ul-Momineen Hazrat Umar Bin Khattab (R.A), rest in peace. Gumbad-E-Khizara,Roaza-E-Riyaz-Ul-Jannah, Mimber and Mehrab-E-Nabavi (S.A.V).

ZIARATHS OUTSKIRTS OF MADINA-E-MUNAWARAH :
Jabal-E-Uhud, Ziarath of Hazrath Hamza (R.A) Uncle's of Prophet Mohammed (S.A.V), Bibi Fatima (Daughter of Prophet Mohammed (S.A.V), Hazrat Abdulla, Hazrat Abdulla Bin Mutalib (R.A), Hazrat Aquil Bin Talib (R.A),Hazrat Fatima Binte Asad (R.A), hazrat Usman Bin Matoon (R.A),Hazrat Sufian Bin Haris (R.A), Hazrat Abl Sayood Al-Noori (R.A), Wives & Son of Prophet Mohammed (S.A.V), and Thousand of Ashab and companions of the Prophet Hazrat Mohammed (S.A.V),Graveyard of Madina Jannat-Ul-Baqi, Masjid-E-Juma, Masjid-E-Gamama, Masjid-E-Qiblatain, Saaba Masjid, etc. Now a days Jannat-Ul-Maala is open for pilgrims 1 hour in Morning & 2 hours in evening, Ladies cannot enter this graveyard.

Economy Class Airfare from Bangalore/Mumbai/Chennai/Hyderabad to Jeddah and back with 25 Kgs of free baggage allowance per adult and 20 Kgs of free baggage allowance per child between 2-12 years of age.

Surface transport charges from Jeddah Airport to Makkah,Makkah to Madina, Madina to Jeddah Airport by Air-conditioned buses. MAKKAH / MINA / ARAFAT / MUZDALIFAH / MINA / MAKAKH, to and fro going by ordinary or Air-conditioned bus service which will be provided by Moullim and take note that as per Saudi government rule 80 - 100 pilgrims will be carried inside and top of the bus from MINA / ARAFATH / MUZDALIFAH.

Air-conditioned accommodation within 300 mtr. Distance from Haram-E-Shariff in and Masjid-E-Nabavi in Madina in newly constructed high rised buildings with lift facilities & with all modern amenities. Every room will have Air-conditioned and furnished with bedding and pillows. The cold drinking water machine will be available on all the floors.

MEALS : Indian type food (South Indian & North Indian) breakfast,lunch and dinner ( Except 4 times meals will not be served ) in HAJ tour and 8 times meals will not be served in Ziarath tour. It should be arranged separately by hai himself.

Airport Tax of Rs.1200 /- ( One Thousand Two Hundreds ) per head payable at the time of departure at Airport

Items of personal nature Viz : Laundry, Hair cutting, Shopping & those items that are not specified under 'INCLUDES'.

Tawat-E-Ziarath bus expenses from Muzdalifah to Mina and Mina to Makkah and back to Mina.

Coolie charges in Saudi Arabia & excess baggage charges at Jeddah Airport if your baggage weight 25 Kgs per adult and 20 Kgs per child between 2-12 years of age. However you can bring 10 litres of Zamzam water and one handbag of 5 Kgs weight free of Charge in your return journey.

FOUR TIMES MEALS : 1) After landing at Jeddah Airport and till you reach Makkah and complete Umra ( 2 Meals ),
2. On 9th Zil-Haj Evening one time food when you will proceed from Arafat to Muzdalifah,
3. One time meal at Jeddah Airport on your return journey to India. For this 4 times you have to arrange meal at your own cost.

Bangalore/Mumbai/Chennai/Hyderabad to Jeddah and back accordingly by Boeing 747 Jumbo Jet or Airbus Aircrafts of Air-India / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Gulf-Air ,etc., in economy class.

Journey from Jeddah to Makkah, and Makkah to Madina, Madina to Jeddah by Airconditioned buses.

3.

Makkah / Mina / Arafat / Muzalifah / Mina / Makkah journey will be by local buses which are non Air-conditioned .

4.

The other terms and conditions are common for all the conducted tours. Which you will read in coming pages. If you can abide and agree with our terms & conditions you can book your seat in our tour.

Application for seat reservation in any of the tour must be made and Syedina Tours & Travels prescribed registration form which can be had free of cost from our office or from any of our authorised special representative at various cities of India Each participant should apply on separate registration form. In case registration forms are requires please write to us.

Note : Persons not holding the valid Indian International passport can book their seats without passport, but they should apply their passport without delay to the regional passport office of their region, either directly or through any authorised passport agent of their region. As soon as they get their passport, please send us the passport by hand or by registered post as to reach in our office on or before One month of departure of tour without fail. To obtain the passport is the sole responsibility of the participant. Syedina Tours & Travels does not undertake any kind of passport work, which may kindly be noted very carefully.

All participants are required to send 14 color photographs with white background of size 4cm X 6cm as stated below (In which tour he/she wish to apply for seat reservation), write the name of participant on each photograph on reverse of it.

In which tour you wish to reserve your seat accordingly send the demand draft of 1st Installment in favour of 'Syedina Tours & Travels' payable at Bangalore and crossed as 'A/C. Payee Only'. ( OR ) In case you wish to pay this amount in cash, then please note that the cash amount is only acceptable at head office.
Against the cash payment you will be issued a receipt. Cheques are not acceptable. If you are booking your seat through any special representative then pay the amount by bank demand draft only.
NOTE : For children between 2-12 years of age will be charged 67% of the adult airfare and remaining will be same as adult fare, send advance amount of Rs.10,000/- along with the registration forms, For children below 2 years enclose only Rs.5,000/- Demand draft with the application and 20% will be charged of the adult fare. Those person who book their seats on or before 6 month of the tour will come under the concession scheme & the terms
& conditions of the tour they can deduct Rs.1,000/- concession amount from the payment of their installment.
The tour fare is payable in three installments as stated in each programme in last pages.In case any participant fails to give us his/her passport by 1 month, his/her seat will be cancelled without any information and an amount of Rs.2,000/- will be deducted from his/her paid money as service charges and the balance amount will be refunded to him within a month time by cheque / demand draft only.

The last date of seat reservation for the person holding the valid Indian International passport is One month.As soon as the booking of the total seats in each tour will be completed. We shall close the booking without waiting the last closing dates and late comer will be regretfully refused.

All the cancellation must be requested in writing & signed by the participant & send it to Syedina Tours & Travels office directly only by registered post/by hand. A copy of the letter for seat cancellation addressed to Syedina Tours & Travels head office must be sent to the special representative address too.

Request for cancellation of the seat received before 60 days render the participant to forfeit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand) as cancellation charges, after deducting the cancellation charges, the balance amount of the deposit will be refunded to the applicant within 15 days time by demand draft / cheque.

Request for cancellation received before 45 days rendered the participants to forfeit a sum of Rs.3,000/- ( Three Thousand) as cancellation charges, after deducting the cancellation charges, the balance amount of the deposit will be refunded to the applicant within 15 days time by demand draft / cheque.

Request for cancellation received before 30 days rendered the participant to forfeit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Five Thousand) as cancellation charges, after deducting the cancellation charges, the balance amount of the deposit will be refunded to the applicant within 1 month time by demand draft / cheque.

Request for cancellation received before 15 days rendered the participant to forfeit a 10% of the tour amount as cancellation charges and after deducting the 10% cancellation charges the refund of the balance amount will be refunded to the applicant after 3 months of tour completion. Please note very carefully.

Any person who will book his/her seat in any of our tour on or before 6 month of the tour the company will get him Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand) as special concession in the ticket cost of the tour of his choice. So if anybody wish to avail this concession he/she application should reach in our head office on or before 6 months of the tour.

Those who will pay the full cost of the tour at a time on or before 6 months they will be granted special concession of Rs.2,000/- (Two Thousand) in the tour cost.

Passport and health certificates are the responsibility of the participant but the corporation will be pleased to assist in obtaining these documents. This service will be free.

Pilgrims are advised in their own interest not to carry Jewellery, Video camera & other valuables while proceeding on tour.

All the participants in these tour will have to travel together throught the journey. No participant will be allowed to leave the tour after entering in Saudi Arabia under any circumstances and he/she bound to travel with the group and return back to India with the group after completion of the tour.

The right is reserved to decline , accept or retain any person as member to these tours at any time and without being obliged to give an explanation for the decision.

Tours timings and itineraties are subject to change and consequently may be revised at any time,before or during the tour with or without notice.

The fare quote are based on the present fares and rates quoted by Airlines companies, Transport Companies, Saudi Government Haj dues, and other involved in organising these tours as well as upon the present rate of foreign exchange. Therefore if there is any increase in the cost of operation of these tours however caused, the participants undertake to pay the difference in excess of fares quoted.

Syedina Tours & Travels accepts no responsibility for Losses, Additional Expenses due to Delay or Changes , Missed connections, Sickness, Weather, Strike, War, Quarantine, Breakdown of transport or other causes however caused and all such losses and expenses must be borne by the participants.

Syedina Tours & Travels gives notice to the arrangements that are made by them in their capacity as agent only and to the best of their ability as agents for and in the interest of the participants. Syedina Tours & Travels cannot therefore, accepts liability for any losses injuries, damages, delay or irregularities, accident howsoever caused by joining these tours the pilgrims undertake to absolve Syedina Tours & Travels from all legal claims.

These tours are conducted subject to the conditions and regulations referred to in the timetable book, bills and notice of companies and proprietors on whose Aircraft and coaches the pilgrims will travel and the holder accepting a tour ticket agrees that the firm, companies and proprietors are not to be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay or detention caused and the liabilities for companies and proprietors are limited to their own flights and coaches.

Tours proceeding out of India or subject to the rules and regulations of the Reserve Bank of India & will operate as per prevailing regulations and permissions granted for operation of such tours under the foreign travel scheme.

Persons suffering from the following diseases will not be accepted in any of our conducted tours.

Participants can get any foreign currency amount by bank draft in their name payable at JEDDAH/MAKKAH or MADINA
from their relatives or friends residing abroad for their personal use. You can carry such drafts with you officially. Please take a note that to carry the Indian Currency is Strictly banded.

Under the very strict Saudi Arabian Government order, no pilgrim can carry with him / her any kind of cooked and sweet food stuffs. In case any such food stuffs is found in pilgrims baggage at Jeddah Airport, That will be destroyed by Saudi Customs authorities.

Syedina Tours & Travels will appoint medical officer to the tour who will be accompanied with the pilgrims during the whole tour to look after the health of the pilgrims. ( Those who are using patient medicines will not be given such medicines from corporation dispensary. They have to purchase such medicines at their own cost ).

Pilgrims cannot carry any gunny bag, steel trunk or bucket or empty Zamzam water cans or any types of commercial luggage, In these tour restricted articles I.e. political literature, Gold, Silver, Antiques, Charas, Opium, Hashish, Brown Sugar, Snake Skins, Films, Fire Arms, Explosives cannot be carried I these tours, Carrying drugs is a crime in Saudi Arabia, for which death penalty in the sentence. All kinds of cooking material such as Stove, Kerosene Oil,Atta,Ghee,Achar and other Oily food and Sweet food are not permitted to carry in these tours.

Each participants joining any of our tour must take Cholera and Meningitis inoculation one month before the departure of the tour. It is now compulsory to each Haj pilgrims that he must be inoculated against meningitis before the departure. Syedina Tours & Travels will supply blank health certificates books of Cholera and Meningitis fever to all the participants 45 days before the departure of the tour and all the participants must return back these certificates after inoculating Cholera & Meningitis Fever inoculation to our Head office before 20 days of departure as these certificates are required to be attached with Haj Visa application forms.

Non Muslims cannot join these tours, only muslim can join these tours and can perform HAJ Arkan according to their own faith.

In case of any participant dies in India after his/her seat reservation on or before the commencement of the tour his/ her nominee must inform us at once to the Syedina Tours & Travels Head Office. In writing and send the Photostat copy of his/her death certificate along with the information letter, only by registered post.

I)

If any participant dies in India on or before commencing the tour, the full amount deposited by the applicant will be refunded to his/her nominee after verification. Only Rs. 500 /- will be charged for initial expenses.

II)

If any participants dies in India after all Haj formalities the corporation will refund the deposited amount after deducting 25% amount of the tour amount as service charges and expenses to his/her nominees whose name and address has been given in the registration form. The refund will be made only after the completion of the tour.

In the case of Participants dies abroad after the commencement of the tour he/she will be buried in the same country and place where he/she dies as per law of that country and Government. Syedina Tours & Travels will arrange his/her burial and his/her dead body will not be brought to India in any case, please note it very carefully. That is most important.

Syedina Tours & Travels will obtain the death Certificate and will send the certificate only to his/her nominee by Registered post after the return of the last group to India.

The belongings, personal money ( If Any ) will be collected under Panchanama and will be handed over either to the relative of the deceased if he/she is accompanied in the tour ( OR ) If the deceased has traveled alone in the tour, Syedina Tours & Travels will collect his/her belonging under Panchanama and it will be handed over to his/her nominee under proper receipt, at our office only. In case Pilgrim dies in MAKKAH / MADINA the deceased Passport, Air-Ticket and other belonging will be deposited in "BAIT-UL-MAHAL" of MAKKAH/MADINA through the government of India as per their rules. It will take more than a year time.

In case any participant dies in Saudi Arabia, Syedina Tours & Travels will not refund any amount in any case, which may kindly be noted very carefully.

All the burial charges of the deceased will be paid by Syedina Tours & Travels, We shall not charge these expenses from the nominee of the deceased.

Syedina Tours & Travels will supply food to pilgrims in the following manners during the tours.

During the Air Journey from Bangalore / Chennai / Delhi / Hyderabad ( Or any other Destination from India ) to Jeddah or Iraq and vice versa food will be supplied to all the pilgrims by the Airlines as their Menu & Rules.

Syedina Tours & Travels will supply food to all pilgrims from its own canteen / Restaurant in Saudi Arabia except 4 times as stated in each tour programmes.

Simple Indian type ( South Indian & North Indian ) food will be supplied which will be prepared by Indian cooks and will be served as per daily change menu of the canteen / Restaurant.

BREAKFAST	08.00	AM	to	10.00	AM
LUNCH	12.30	PM	to	02.30	PM
DINNER	08.00	PM	to		PM

Please abide the canteen things and take your food in time. If you will be late for food just inform the Restaurant Manager that you will be late and provide the food after your arrival. There is no restriction or limit for food.

Medical diet food will be provided to those patients to whom company medical officer on duty with prescibe any special food, Such pilgrim must contact the restaurant manager, so that he can arrange the medical diet and supply the same in time.

We advice all the pilgrims not to use exposed food during the tour, it will be harmful to your health. Always use fresh food simple food and drink as much water as you can during summer and use salt in water.

Correspondence can be made with our Bangalore Head Office, You can write us letter in English, Urdu Languages only, but we shall reply your letters only in English or Possible in Urdu. Please don't write any letter to us in any other language otherwise such letters cannot be replied in time. While writing letter to us, you are requested to write your correct address & Contact No. in English Only in capital letters with pin-code number for quick reply from our office.

We shall call our Hajis to report BANGALORE ( or Any other Destination ) only 24 hours before their departure. Their Passport and Air-Tickets are well as our usual presents will be distributed to them 24 hours before their departure. It is absolutely necessary for all intending pilgrims to reach and report at the International Airports, as the case may by, strictly 5 hours before the actual of their respective flights. Punctuality is the motto of all our tours.

Before Departure the first thing you have to do is to settle your account before 15 days of departure and collect the clearance certificate. If any amount is due from us you at once get it back after signing to voucher. Similarly if any amount is due to us from you pay it promptly, and get accounts clearance certificate. You will be given your passport, Air-Ticket and gifts only on showing your accounts clearance certificates. Otherwise you will not be permitted to commence the sacred journey. Passport and Air-Ticket will be handed over to the bonafide intending pilgrims. Their relatives or other persons cannot be given these Passport and tickets as this is most important documents are handed over to the intending pilgrims himself against his/her attested signatures.

Islamic Development Bank Selling "Qurbani" Vouchers in MAKKAH, MADINA, JEDDAH & MINA. Any person wishing to authorise Islamic Development Bank for slaughtering on his behalf may pay the required Saudi Riyals to Al-Rajhi Bank. The payer will receive in return a purchase voucher duty indicating yhe type of " QURBANI " required. The Voucher shall be issued to the purchaser after particulars, regarding authorisation are filled up at any branch of AL-RAHJI BANK. For exchange situated at MAKKAH, MADINA, JEDDAH & MINA and all other branches. If you wish to give your Qurbani and don't wish to go to Qurban Gah ( Slaughter House ) in Mina. Than it is Better for you to pay your Qurbani Money As Above. This information is given only for your guidance.

OR

You yourself go to Qurban Gah and offer your Qurbani in your presence. IT IS MUCH BETTER FOR YOU TO NOT GIVE YOUR QURBANI money to any other person. PLEASE MAKE NOTE.

Please take a note that these tours are nothing to do with MUMBAI HAJ COMMITTEE or ANY OTHER STATE HAJ COMMITTEE, NEITHER HAJ COMMITTEE nor STATE HAJ COMMITTEE rules are applied on our tours. So many people understand that these tours are connected with HAJ COMMITTEE. It may kindly be noted very carefully that these tours are independently organised by Syedina Tours & Travels on their own terms and condition and not under Sate Haj Committee rules.

Certain facilities granted to the Haj Pilgrims by the Government of India are not applicable for the pilgrims who are traveling with us. The clarification is most important for the information of the pilgrims. We are organising these tours since 1987.
